Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis through our shipping partner CanPar. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. For US shipments please process through PayPal as Canpar no longer ships COD to the United States.

International Shipping Charges: These shipments must be verified by PlugnPlayLand prior to processing any shipments.  These will not be shipped through Canpar but through Canada Post.  You will be emailed the cost of these charges and must confirm paying the additional fees before orders are shipped.  Canpar only ships to Canada and the USA.

Return Policy
The customer may return the equipment directly to Plug-n-Play Land within 14 days from the date of delivery. No refund or credit on any payments made is available for products returned later than 14 days from the date of delivery.

Equipment may be returned for credit in accordance with the following conditions:
- Product must be in "as new" conditions
- Product must be returned in the original packaging
- All parts must be returned, including the manual, power cord, etc. A 20% restocking fee will be billed for returned product
- Product must be shipped back, via prepaid courier to the address provided by Customer Service at the time of return request

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The customer is responsible for any cancellation fees by the service provider that may be associated with the returned product.

The customer is responsible for any damage or loss during return shipment. Therefore, parcel insurance is recommended.
